  • Orders with in stock items ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page
  • Free shipping on orders of $175 or more
  • We only ship within continental United States (lower 48) at this time.
  • We ship daily Monday through Friday only.
  • Our shipping warehouse is located in Kensington, MD.
  • Primary shipping carrier is UPS, however we do use FedEx and USPS
  • Most orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days via UPS ground. West Coast and parts of Texas can take up to 5 days. Please note that if your delivery is time sensitive, use the Express shipping options.
  • UPS ground delivery dates are estimates and can vary.
  • UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. All orders to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS - which may take longer
  • Express orders placed before 3 PM EST will go out the same business day.
  • Express Saturday delivery where available
  • Weekends and holidays are not included as travel days on ground and express shipments
  • Customer is responsible for any local duties and taxes on international orders

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

  • EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS UNTIL 1/15/2024
  • 30 day return policy
  • Items must be returned in new condition and tags must still be attached.
  • DO NOT FOLD the Neoprene Bags when shipping your item back. They will crease and we will not be able to accept your return.
  • Items that are improperly shipped back will be returned at customer's expense.
  • Items marked down 40% or more are considered Final Sales and are not returnable.
  • Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping. We ship the exchange back for free.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.

Classy and Cute Tennis Backpack

I researched several tennis backpacks and ended up ordering the Darling. I was torn between the Darling and another popular brand of quilted backpacks, but went with the Darling and I am not disappointed! Such a beautifully made backpack. Love the quilted front, the sleek backpack with patent trim details, the classy camel colored lining and inspirational “You’re Great” quote inside. I absolutely love it and am thrilled with the quality.
