Pink Dot Styles Return Policy

https://pinkdotstyles.returnscenter.comPink Dot gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days from the date your order shipped.

Pink Dot offers exchanges for the same item in a different size or color when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order shipped.

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Service at orders@pinkdotstyles.com within 7 DAYS of delivery.

How do I request a return label?

  • Pink Dot offers a convenient hassle free RMA label service.  To request a label, start a return request by clicking on the "Start a Return Request" button above.
  • Once you fill out a return / exchange request, an email with return details and a shipping label will be sent to you.
  • Cost of the RMA label is $8.50 which will be deducted from your return / exchange refund.
  • Aside from the convenience, other advantages of using our RMA label include unbeatable low cost and tracking in the event of a lost package. 

How long do I have to return?

  • You can return your items within 30 days after your order has been shipped.
  • During the holiday gift giving season (November 1st - December 14th, 2023), we have an extended returns window through January 15th, 2024 otherwise our normal 30 day return policy applies

Can I use my own label?

  • You may use your own label, however you still need to fill out the return request by clicking on the "START A RETURN REQUEST" button above.  You will need to select USE MY LABEL when you reach the shipping step in the process. 
  • Please note that while you're using your own label, per our return policy we do not refund original shipping fees paid on the order.  Unless you received free shipping, your refund will be less than the total amount paid on the order.
  • The address for the return will be provided to you in the email confirmation for the return request.  Please do not send your returns to our retail store.
  • Aside from convenience, advantages of using our RMA label include unbeatable low cost and tracking in the event of a lost package.  When using your own label, PInk Dot is not responsible for packages lost in transit. You will need to file your own claim with the shipping carrier.

Is there a return fee?

  • If you requested and used a Pink Dot RMA label, $8.50 will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Any shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable.
  • Any questions about your refund, please email our customer service team at orders@pinkdotstyles.com

What items are returnable?

  • All items must be in original condition and not used.  For clothing, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and not contain any traces of perfume. 
  • Final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are marked as final sale and/or are marked down 40% or more. 
  • ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.  If tags are removed, your return will be rejected.
  • Any items that have traces of deodorizer or perfume will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

How to package my return?

  • Best way is to use the box the items arrived in originally. 
  • Make sure that your return has original tags attached otherwise your return will be rejected and sent back to you. 
  • For neoprene items, please be sure that the bags are correctly folded, otherwise they will develop permanent creases and the items will be rejected.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate an exchange request by clicking on the link at the top of the page. . 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping of the item back to us. We in turn ship the item back out to you at no additional charge.  We do offer an RMA label which can be requested at the time of an exchange request.  
  • You will receive an email notification when your shipment has been checked in by our warehouse and we will contact you if there is a balance due on the exchange. Please note that we only allow one exchange per original purchase.
  • Alternatively, if you do not wish to wait for the regular exchange process, you may purchase and if you pay shipping on your new order, we will not deduct the RMA label fee from the refund on your original order.  The shipping paid would be in lieu of the RMA label fee ($8.50).  If you receive free shipping on your exchange order, we will deduct $8.50 from your refund.  Please note in your return request that you had purchased the new item and mark the return request as a return rather than an exchange.

Gift Exchanges

  • We do accept and process gift exchanges discretely. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us on exchanges.
  • We do provide hassle free RMA labels at $8.50 (that's a good deal). 
  • To start the gift exchange process,  start a return request and be sure to check the gift exchange checkbox below the required fields.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • All returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after our warehouse receives the return shipment. 
  • You will receive an email notification when your shipment has been checked in by our warehouse. 
  • Additionally, you will also receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt. 
  • All products sold by Pink Dot Styles have a 45 day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. 
  • To initiate a replacement claim, please send us an email to orders@pinkdotstyles.com with the description of the problem, your order number, and a few photos of the issue.  
  • Our team will review your claim and will work with you on making sure that you receive your replacement item quickly.
  • We reserve the right to deny any claims.
