Orders with in stock items ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page
Free shipping on orders of $175 or more
We only ship within continental United States (lower 48) at this time.
We ship daily Monday through Friday only.
Our shipping warehouse is located in Kensington, MD.
Primary shipping carrier is UPS, however we do use FedEx and USPS
Most orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days via UPS ground. West Coast and parts of Texas can take up to 5 days. Please note that if your delivery is time sensitive, use the Express shipping options.
UPS ground delivery dates are estimates and can vary.
UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. All orders to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS - which may take longer
Express orders placed before 3 PM EST will go out the same business day.
Express Saturday delivery where available
Weekends and holidays are not included as travel days on ground and express shipments
Customer is responsible for any local duties and taxes on international orders

Items must be returned in new condition and tags must still be attached.
DO NOT FOLD the Neoprene Bags when shipping your item back. They will crease and we will not be able to accept your return.
Items that are improperly shipped back will be returned at customer's expense.
Items marked down 40% or more are considered Final Sales and are not returnable.
Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping. We ship the exchange back for free.
