- We only ship within continental United States (lower 48) at this time.
- We ship daily Monday through Friday only.
- Our shipping warehouse is located in Kensington, MD.
- Primary shipping carrier is UPS, however we do use FedEx and USPS
- Most orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days via UPS ground. West Coast and parts of Texas can take up to 5 days. Please note that if your delivery is time sensitive, use the Express shipping options.
- UPS ground delivery dates are estimates and can vary.
- UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. All orders to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS - which may take longer
- Express orders placed before 3 PM EST will go out the same business day.
- Express Saturday delivery where available
- Weekends and holidays are not included as travel days on ground and express shipments
- Customer is responsible for any local duties and taxes on international orders

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
- EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS UNTIL 1/15/2023
- 30 day return policy
- Items must be returned in new condition and tags must still be attached.
- DO NOT FOLD the Neoprene Bags when shipping your item back. They will crease and we will not be able to accept your return.
- Items that are improperly shipped back will be returned at customer's expense.
- Items marked down 40% or more are considered Final Sales and are not returnable.
- Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping. We ship the exchange back for free.
- We do not refund shipping charges.

This is my second Think Royln crossbody—I also have a smaller one in white patent leather that I find myself reaching for all the time, especially in summer. It's super lightweight, goes with everything, and has just the right amount of space for essentials, including a convenient outside pocket for my phone. This bag has the same outside pocket. Now I can't live without it!

The pearl grey color is awesome… also love how there are 3 handle options: one is crossbody or shoulder, another is the pearl grey hand holder, and then the cool metal chain. This bag holds a lot of stuff for its smaller size looking style.
Three of us purchase the same bag. We all think it’s fabulous. The color is great but I think all the colors look really nice. Best thing about it is the way it’s laid out. The inside pocket in the middle is really helpful and the outside pocket on the back is perfect for my phone. It’s just the right shape and size to fit a pair of glasses. I think it will be my favorite daytime go to bag I highly recommend that every woman have one of these.!
