- Free shipping on orders of $175 or more
- We only ship within continental United States (lower 48) at this time.
- We ship daily Monday through Friday only.
- Our shipping warehouse is located in Kensington, MD.
- Primary shipping carrier is UPS, however we do use FedEx and USPS
- Most orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days via UPS ground. West Coast and parts of Texas can take up to 5 days. Please note that if your delivery is time sensitive, use the Express shipping option. UPS ground delivery dates are estimates and can vary.
- UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. All orders to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS - which may take longer
- Express orders placed before 3 PM EST will go out the same business day.
- Express Saturday delivery where available
- Weekends do not count as travel days on Express shipments

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

- 30 day return policy
- Items must be returned in new condition and tags must still be attached.
- DO NOT FOLD the Neoprene Bags when shipping your item back. They will crease and we will not be able to accept your return.
- Items that are improperly shipped back will be returned at customer's expense.
- Items marked down 40% or more are considered Final Sales and are not returnable.
- Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping. We ship the exchange back for free.

A friend of mine owns this bag, and after seeing it I couldn't resist ordering it! I called her and just admitted that I had to have it. She was flattered and not offended and happy for me!
The tote is gorgeous--beautiful color combination! It is also roomy and the strap is super comfy!
Can’t say enough good things. It looks beautiful, lots of space and light weight. Perfect mom bag to carry all the things!
I really love the looks of this bag - so much so that it was hard to choose a style. In the end, I chose a fairly large bag with structure to use for work. It's roomy and well made. There are plenty of specialty pockets on the inside and I like that I can zip the top closed. I also like that there are both short handles - but not too short and a shoulder strap. A few things the bag is missing... a water bottle sleeve would be ideal in such a large bag. Another would be a middle pocket, so that you can keep your laptop from flopping around in the bag. It'd be much easier to organize things on either side of it. The final thing I have to say about this bag is: IT TOOK MORE THAN THREE WEEKS TO GET HERE. I honestly thought that maybe I forgot to actually check out when I ordered it and it wasn't until I got an update saying it had shipped, that I knew it was coming. I understand supply issues right now because of the pandemic, but it would've been nice to get a "Sorry, it's going to be a while but it will come eventually" email. All in all, I think it's going to be a useful bag but it could definitely stand some upgrades next time around.
I got this bag in the camo with the red stripe and it’s perfect for fall! I’m a mom of 2 little ones and it has enough space to throw in everything I need, but still has structure to it. I love this bag! It will be amazing for traveling too.
