- We only ship within continental United States (lower 48) at this time.
- We ship daily Monday through Friday only.
- Our shipping warehouse is located in Kensington, MD.
- Primary shipping carrier is UPS, however we do use FedEx and USPS
- Most orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days via UPS ground. West Coast and parts of Texas can take up to 5 days. Please note that if your delivery is time sensitive, use the Express shipping options.
- UPS ground delivery dates are estimates and can vary.
- UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. All orders to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS - which may take longer
- Express orders placed before 3 PM EST will go out the same business day.
- Express Saturday delivery where available
- Weekends and holidays are not included as travel days on ground and express shipments
- Customer is responsible for any local duties and taxes on international orders
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
- EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS UNTIL 1/15/2023
- 30 day return policy
- Items must be returned in new condition and tags must still be attached.
- DO NOT FOLD the Neoprene Bags when shipping your item back. They will crease and we will not be able to accept your return.
- Items that are improperly shipped back will be returned at customer's expense.
- Items marked down 40% or more are considered Final Sales and are not returnable.
- Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping. We ship the exchange back for free.
- We do not refund shipping charges.

I absolutely love this bum bag as the material is very nice and it is a perfect size to fit all of your essentials without being bulky.
I love that I can use it as a crossbody or hip bag to keep my handsfree and my personal items close by. The Pearl cashmere is a great color that matches every outfit and can be used year round. I cannot say enough good things as I just love this bag.
I purchased a bum bag last fall for trip to Paris. Is was perfect with the zipper to keep passports safe with cute strap and additional chain strap. So my issue is really the strap. The previous purchase had leather at eac end connecting to the hooks which made easy on/off straps always in place the new one is just a loop. So I’ll be removing the strap and using the old one
The nude bum bag is so light and soft my sister saw it and wants one. She took one look at the phone pocket and zipper punch in back I use as a wallet then the middle zipper for lip gloss, hand lotion, whatever. I’m so pleased it can dress up or down. Impressing my sister w fashion and function is no easy task
